The Background

HECS Aquatic are a company that design and sell Stealthscreen wetsuits and dive skins. These suits conceal the human energy field, allowing divers, underwater photographers and researchers to get closer to marine life.

HECS was created from a passion for nature and outdoor life. This passion has led to a world leading patented technology, many awards – including the DEEPEX Most Innovative Product of the Year Award in 2016, and selection as the official wetsuit for the USA Spearfishing Team.

 

The Challenge

We were contacted by HECS Aquatic to create an exhibition stand that could be used at all their dive shows around the world. It had to be compact, easily transportable and of course as lightweight as possible. 

Specifically, they asked Brandstand to provide them with a stand that:

-       Looks high tech

-       Is easy and relatively quick to set up

-       A simple design but visually dramatic

-       Is able to display products

 

The Solution

The solution we designed was based around our Superwall modular fabric display system, which created a striking visual backdrop designed to be extremely lightweight, portable, simple to set up and functional. The entire stand could be put up without tools or fuss and packed down into two rotational moulded cases that measured 1200mm x 600mm x 300mm. This enabled the client, when attending international shows, to ship their stand via sea or airfreight whilst keeping costs to a minimum.

 

This fabric modular system gave HECS the ability to have a range of fabric walls that could be easily updated with new imagery. The multi-media TV stand enabled HECS to show their products in action and the bespoke arches gave them somewhere to hang their products so customers could touch and feel the product.
